On the rare occasion you find you're not completely happy with your purchase, we will be eager to help rectify the situation.
For delivery only orders, please return items to us in their original, unused condition within 14 days of receipt.
Items should be returned in original packaging and with any enclosed documentation or invoices. We will then issue a credit note or exchange for a product of the same value on receipt of the returned items, excluding the original delivery charge.
Items will only be accepted for return or exchange if they are received within 14 days of delivery. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us, therefore we highly recommend returning items via an insured and tracked service.
Please note, delivery charges will not be refunded and we cannot cover the cost of return postage.
If an item is faulty
We pride ourselves on providing consistently high-quality products, however, we also understand that issues and accidents can happen, and appreciate the opportunity to rectify any faulty or damaged orders.
Please notify us of the faulty item ASAP and within 14 days of installation. We will then arrange the next appropriate action - a technician will either attend to repair or replace, or a full refund will be given.
For faults reported after 14 days, please see your manufacturer's warranty.
